We currently have immediate openings for sharp, enthusiastic collections professionals who can maintain strong relationships with our customers. If you have the energy and dedication this position requires, we want to speak with you about an opportunity as a Collector in our Orlando, Florida Loan Servicing Center.
Duties and responsibilities for this position include communicating payments, answering customer inquiries, setting up payment schedules, entering phone payments online, and assisting with miscellaneous duties. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus! You must have prior collections experience to be considered for this role. Only local candidates in the Orlando Florida area will be evaluated.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will possess the following skill set:
- Collections experience, preferably in an auto finance environment
- Expert negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects
- Strong phone and computer skills
- Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
