  • Duties and Responsibilities As a Service Shop Technician III, you will be performing preventative maintenance and repairs on Walmart equipment, which includes everything from tractors and trailers to road trucks and shop equipment. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing, maintaining, repairs and replacing major tractor advanced engine components, driveline components, advanced HVAC systems and communication equipment.

    You will make an impact by:
  • Performing advanced axle alignments using digital equipment on tractor-trailer tires.
  • Performing electrical/wiring repairs to tractor and trailer light assemblies.
  • Repairing trailers, including lights, landing gear, interior panels, roof repairs, floors doors and threshold plates.
  • Provide preventative maintenance on tractor-trailer brake system components.
  • Performing 8-point inspections on yard and over-the-road tractors.
  • Being a power user with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) software will make you stand out.
